What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You must present YOUR valid form of government-issued ID, such as:
  • Driver’s License
  • Passport
  • State ID
*To store a vehicle, you must also provide:
  • Proof of ownership and
  • Insurance information
For our military discount:
  • Current military identification is required.
What is a "Deployment Guarantee"?
We appreciate the men and women of the US Military. In addition to your Military Discount (10%), to show our support, when we receive your Deployment Notification, we will not raise your rent for the duration of your deployment. You have enough to worry about when you are gone - rent from us, and we will not raise your rent while you are deployed.
When is the rent due?
THE FIRST OF THE MONTH. It is LATE anytime after.
We pro-rate the first month's rent, so your rent will always be due on the first of each month. We do allow a small grace period before we add late fees, but it's best to pay on the 1st. To avoid late fees, set up auto pay - and you won't have to worry.

What are Specials?
A special is a promotion that is normally set for a limited time and has conditions before it may be applied.
An example of a special could be a free month's rent. Usually, it is your first FULL month you receive free, so if you rented on the 25th of June, the 25th to the end of the month would be pro-rated, and then you would get your second month free (however, you would still pay fees and taxes for the FREE month).

What is a Web Rate?
A web rate is also a special that will run the unit at a discount for the first two months of your rental. Web rates are available to customers who book online. You can see the standard rate crossed out and your 2-month web rate next to it here online.

  • Specials and Promotions: Specials are subject to change and availability, and they apply only to the rental fee. Other restrictions, taxes, and fees, including an administrative fee, apply. Promotions are for new customers only and limited to one offer per household. Specials do not apply to transfers or additional spaces.
  • Reservations and Pricing: Making a reservation is required to guarantee your price at move-in. Pricing is subject to change, and actual space sizes may vary from the approximate size estimate. Reservations do not guarantee unit availability.
  • Online Pricing: Online pricing is available only for online reservations and rentals. If you are unsure about the size you need, you are welcome to inspect any space before renting. The online pricing discount will be honored for any rental originating from an online reservation.

Do you sell MOVING SUPPLIES?
YES! Come in and pick them up - boxes, packing tape, you name it - we try to keep everything in stock with quality items at competitive pricing. Check out our Merchandise tab at the top of this page!

Mandatory Properety Protection Plan?
YES! We provide several options; the minimum coverage is $12 monthly.

EXCEPTION: When you show proof you have a current homeowner's, renter's, or business insurance policy that SPECIFICALLY covers your property at our storage facility.

What are the access hours?
Access your unit 24/7. Our main office is open 7 days a week as well, and we are always happy to help.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term. Call today and ask about long-term discounts!
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill in our new app, online, or in person using a debit or credit card (there is a card transaction fee charged by the credit card company). We also offer AutoPay.

You may avoid the credit card fees by paying with a check or money order (money orders can be purchased for $1 at the gas station on the corner). Checks and money orders must be for the exact amount due.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, potting soil, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, food, and/or liquids. For a full list of what is not allowed, please call our office. If you already rent from us, review your lease agreement.

What does Pro-Rate rent mean?
As rent is due on the 1st of every month, we "pro-rate" (or only charge you) for the days that you will be occupying the unit on move-in.
For example, if you rent from us on the 10th of the month and there are 30 days in the month, to make rent due on the first, we charge you rent on move-in from the 10th to the 30th (20 days). This equals a per-day rate based on your monthly rate divided by 30 and then multiplied by 20.

WE DO NOT PRO-RATE ON MOVE-OUT. The rent is due on the first. If on the 1st of the month your lock is on your unit or you have items in your unit, you will be charged for the whole month. You may move out at any time, but be sure to 1) remove your lock, 2) remove all of your belongings, and 3) let us know.

What is included in the Admin fee?
When renting online, you will receive a gate code and unit number by text and/or email. You will also receive the combination to a temporary combo lock that safeguards your unit until you get there.

**To avoid a replacement fee, this temporary combo lock and the red hasp have to be returned to our office, either in person or by dropping it in our Drop Box outside (after hours).

When you arrive, your unit will be clean and equipped with your included tenant cylinder lock & keys and a welcome packet that explains some of our services and introduces you to our management team.

The administration fee also includes access to real people in our office from 7a- 7p 7 days a week, help if needed with set up or use of our gate app, one reprinting of your lease, additional emailed copies of your lease if needed, and the inspection of your unit on move-out.
