We believe in simple, upfront pricing with no surprises. Here’s what you need to know before renting your unit:
- YOUR LOCK IS INCLUDED. We provide a loaner cylinder lock at no charge for the entire time you rent your unit — a $17.00 value!
Cylinder locks are among the most secure types of storage locks.
Important: The lock belongs to the facility and must be returned when you move out. If it is not returned, a replacement charge may apply.
- Smart Unit Monitoring System Service
The unit price you see is what you pay, plus a mandatory $12/month Smart Unit Monitoring System Service applied to every unit. (first month free for online move-in)
Why we include this: Requiring smart monitoring on all units provides an additional layer of security for everyone and makes our facility much more secure. You personally will receive 24/7 digital security, instant alerts, and peace of mind. It is a non-negotiable standard of care we provide to every single customer.
- Property Protection
You must have one of the following:
- Our Property Protection Plan, or
- Your own Homeowners or Renters Insurance that covers your stored belongings.
Why we include this: Your storage unit is protected by the facility, but your belongings are your responsibility. We require property protection so you're covered if something unexpected happens, such as fire, theft, or certain types of damage. We require protection because we want you protected — not surprised.
- ONE-TIME ADMINISTRATION FEE $25.00 — charged once when you set up your account. You will NOT be charged this fee again.

Rent is billed on the 1st of each month. When you first rent, your initial month's rent is prorated based on your move-in date. After that, your regular monthly rent is due on the 1st.
