Allie was extremely professional over the phone. She answered all my questions and provided me with the quote I requested in a timely manner. She also made sure I understood everything and helped advise me on the size of rental truck I would need based on my household size. I could not have asked for a better more professional place that I have called. She actually helped me more then the Penske people and their website. I am so thankful for her and her top notch customer service. Especially since it is usually my husband who gets the information for our moving trucks.
